I just can't seem to figure this guy out. Is he for real, or is he just having a good spring? I took a look at his stats from the past 2 years, and they are not impressive at all (please note that he only played 79 games during that span). But considering he is just 24 years old, maybe he has turned a corner and is ready to take his game to a whole new level? I just don't know? Kansas City already has a decent utililty player in German, so where would Callaspo fit in if he makes the team?

He's the 2b of the future which will happen at some point this year. Check out his minor league stats because his major league numbers are too small a sample size. He's hit .341 and .337 his last two years at AAA with obp's over .400 both seasons.
